Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

Return window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return: Email us at candcventuressupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions within 1-2 business days.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required in this case.

Non-returnable items: Used items or items without proof of purchase cannot be accepted.
